These Terms and Conditions apply to consumer purchases made through muscl2.eu. Please read them before placing an order.

2. Products and availability
Product descriptions, pack sizes and prices are shown on the relevant product pages. Please check these details carefully before ordering.
The availability of a product on this website does not mean that it may lawfully be sold or delivered to every country. We accept orders only where the sale and delivery can lawfully be completed. Any applicable prescription or other eligibility requirements must be satisfied before fulfilment.
Information on this website does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Products must be used in accordance with their accompanying instructions and applicable professional advice.
3. Placing an order
You must provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information.
If we cannot accept or fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund any payment received for the cancelled order. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in euros unless otherwise stated. The total payable, including delivery charges and applicable taxes collected by us, is shown before you place your order.
5. Delivery
The delivery charge is €15 per parcel. If an order requires more than one chargeable parcel, the total delivery charge will be disclosed before you place the order.
Standard delivery is generally estimated at 3–5 working days after dispatch. Any different delivery period will be communicated before the order is accepted. Express delivery is available only where expressly offered, with its price and estimated delivery time disclosed before purchase.
If a delivery delay occurs, please contact inform@muscl2.eu with your order number. Applicable rights concerning late delivery remain unaffected.
Where we arrange the carrier, responsibility for loss or damage remains with us until you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, physically receives the goods, subject to applicable law.
6. Delivery guarantee
We guarantee successful delivery of your order or a full refund.
If your order is lost or cannot be delivered, contact us with your order number so that we can investigate and arrange a refund. For a wholly undelivered order, the full refund includes the delivery charge paid to us.
This guarantee does not restrict any statutory right to cancel or obtain a refund. Carrier investigations do not override applicable refund deadlines.
7. Withdrawal and returns
Where the statutory EU right of withdrawal applies, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To withdraw, send a clear statement to inform@muscl2.eu, identifying your order. You may use the form below, but doing so is not mandatory.
Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us.
Where applicable, we will reimburse payments, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, whichever occurs first. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without refund fees.
Statutory exceptions may apply, including to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons after being unsealed, or goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. An exception applies only where its legal conditions are met; it does not automatically apply to every product sold on this website.
These exceptions do not remove your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not as described.
8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Please contact us if your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong goods or does not match its description. Include your order number and, where reasonably available, photographs of the issue.
You retain all applicable statutory rights concerning goods that do not conform to the contract, including appropriate replacement, repair, price reduction or refund remedies. Necessary costs of a valid remedy will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Do not use goods with damaged seals or suspected defects. Contact us for appropriate return or disposal instructions.
9. Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, or removes mandatory consumer protections.
Events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery, but do not automatically remove your rights to cancellation, reimbursement or other remedies.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information in connection with orders, payments, delivery and use of the website.
11. Complaints and disputes
Please send complaints to inform@muscl2.eu, including your order number and a description of the issue.
Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of mandatory protections or access to courts available under applicable law.
12. Wholesale orders and changes
Wholesale transactions may be subject to separately agreed written terms. Consumer rights apply whenever the purchaser legally qualifies as a consumer.
We may update these Terms for future purchases. The version applicable when your contract was concluded continues to govern that order unless a lawful change is agreed.
